About AbleCare Home Health

In 2003, David & Tricha Wilcox founded AbleCare in Longview, TX.  AbleCare Home Health quickly grew to have a robust and experienced caregiving staff providing care over most of east Texas. The Wilcox family continues to own and operate AbleCare Home Health.  David has over ten years experience in the home health care industry. As of 2008, AbleCare stands more than 20 employees strong and has the largest psychiatric home health staff in east Texas. 

It is our mission to make sure that each client is treated with respect and dignity, and it is our hope to bring each client back to as much independence as possible.
